He also founded EFTech, an EFT to POS provider in Australia, BASS, a computerized ticketing system that was acquired by Ticketmaster, and Target Group Marketing, a selective sampling and controlled circulation publishing businesses in Australia, South Africa and Belgium with clients included over 50 Fortune 500 companies.

Angie is focused on maximizing the value of this company. As an experienced marketing communications specialist, she has with a proven history of accelerating organizational growth, improving efficiency, building capacity and improving corporate and brand reputation. She values building strong relationships that leverage the speed of trust to achieve results. Chris has over 20 years experience in the Canadian agriculture industry. He lead all horticultural related business for UAP/Nutrien in Western Canada and also founded Professional Ag Distribution Inc (ProAG), one of Canada’s leading manufacturers and distributors of agricultural inputs. Chris also holds a degree in Horticulture Technology, from Kwantlen Polytechnic University with a background in mechanical and chemical engineering.

Peter is leading our go-to-market strategy. Peter has over a decade of sales and operations experience with maximizing revenue through customer loyalty and satisfaction. He is a hands-on leader with best practices approaches to improving efficiencies that effectively reduce costs while growing revenues. He is an innovator who develops and implements organizational change to facilitate maximum performance.

Kevin is the principal of LFG Management, a private equity firm and shareholder of Wild Coast Biologics.

Michael is the principal of Living Planet Solutions, a BC-based AgTech and Green Solutions provider. With a passion for sustainable, eco-system based horticulture, Michael develops unique cultivation techniques that work in concert with natural processes while simultaneously maximizing yields. He is also the inventor and patent holder of OORBS, a unique organic waste recycling technology.

Stuart is a former Corporate/Securities/M&A Partner at McCarthy Tétrault and General Counsel for both private equity and publicly-listed companies. He has significant public company and non-profit board experience, including Lift & Co. (TSXV-listed), Leisureworld Senior Care (now Sienna Senior Living (TSX-listed)), North York General Hospital, Bristol Water plc (LSE-listed), Renewable Energy Developers Inc. (TSX-listed), and the Bannockburn School Foundation.
